29th February 2000. Lucy’s never met another leapling until she encounters Noah also spending his once-in-four-years birthday on a disappointing day trip to Calais. Anna Bell is an author of uplifting, romantic comedies. She’s had eleven novels published including, The Bucket List to Mend a Broken Heart and Note to Self. Anna has an MA in Museum Studies from the University of Leicester, and before she became a full-time writer she was a curator of artefacts at a military museum. She recently moved to Belfast from the South of France with her young family and energetic Labradors.
